It's been almost a year since Zoe was diagnosed with leukemia.
A lot has changed for her.
But one thing that has remained constant is her smile.
No matter what is going on, no matter how she looks,

She always seems to reach inside herself to find the girl that we all know and love.
A giggly, happy, carefree girl.
