Just Smile

People tend to get into a rut.  They take the happiness out of the equation.  Happiness is something you must stick your whole being to. The glue may get weak at times, things jeopardize the connection, but it's important to stay strong. To keep the happiness in your life you should do a few things...


Don't sweat the small stuff.

Slow down and let the other guy pass you, why go so fast?

Think positively...the dog ate the egg noodles you just bought? well, at least you're not the one who's going to have diarrhea outside later.

If the diarrhea happens inside, take a deep breath and get some paper towels and be glad it wasn't on the couch.

Eat fatty foods if the mood strikes you...just don't let the mood strike out at you every 30 minutes.

Cancer got you down? Just take a look in the next room at the hospital and realize how lucky you are...wow, we are really lucky...

Just remember to take one day at a time, relish the moments that you have together even if they seem mundane and ordinary.  Those are usually the best memories to be made.  Happiness is there, you just have to look for it in the most unusual of circumstances and places...
